Our full-featured commuter/flee-the-office daypack now redesigned for maximum convenience and organization. Perfect for going to work – or escaping from it – our completely redesigned Lightwire 25 now features a suspended computer sleeve and dedicated flat storage section. Its external "elephant ear" pocket is ergonomically designed for easy, one-handed access to vital gear. The Lightwire is also a serious daypack, with tough ShiftLayer nylon (see sidebar) fabric construction and plenty of room for a jacket and lunch. The highly breathable 3-D spacer-mesh back panel and shoulder straps wick moisture away. Hidden tunnels secure a hydration tube or headphone cord. Other features include: a sternum strap with built-in safety whistle, a tuck-away waistbelt, two water-bottle pockets, an easy-access external security pocket.
