- All in-stock orders received by 3:00 PM EST (GMT - 5), Monday - Friday, will be processed and shipped that same business day. Orders received after 3:00 P.M. EST, or on Saturday or Sunday, will ship the following business day. All orders will ship via the method selected during checkout. Any alternative shipping service must be specified and confirmed upon order placement.

As well, should any service fees or shipping upgrades be required for remote locations as determined by our chosen Carrier, fulfillment of your order may be delayed or canceled prior to receiving payment of the difference of those shipping amounts. If any such a fee is applicable, notification will be issued prior to shipment, and shall be enforced at the discretion of ProTravelGear.com.
- Orders paid for via PayPal or Google® Checkout may experience delays in fulfillment due to order processing times as determined by the respective payment processing company. Orders will not be shipped until payment in-full has been verified and captured. We reserve the right to delay or deny fulfillment and/or require additional identification for orders paid for by and through with Google® Checkout that we deem as possibly fraudulent and/or if payment is delayed.

International:
All International Shipment will be shipped via FedEx International Priority or International Economy. For this reason PO Boxes will not be accepted as a valid shipping destination. Transit times are typically between 1-3 days, barring unexpected delays in customs. Duties and taxes are applicable to all international orders and are not included in the quoted shipping price. The customer is responsible for any and all tax and duty charges assessed by their local government agencies. Any tax and duty charges incurred from an undelivered shipment will be immediately charged to the card used at purchase.

APO/FPO:
If you are shipping to an APO/FPO address, you may place the order direct on our site. The United States Postal Service is the only available carrier, and we are able to cater to the specific arrangements associated with APO and FPO shipping.

- Refunds are eligible if the item(s) is returned within 30 days from product receipt.
- The below return procedure must be followed. If an item is returned without adhering to the return procedure, a 40% restocking fee may be assessed.
- Any item returned will be accepted only if that item is in its original condition, and is returned with all associated parts and packaging.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of an item for refund. COD shipments will not be accepted.
- Refund payments will be issued via the same method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise expressly designated by ProTravelGear.com.
- Some products may not be eligible for refund due to the product's hygienic characteristics. Typically, this is isolated to products that are edible, disposable, interact with bodily fluids, or are toiletry items. - Any item returned without a RMA will be assessed a 40% restocking fee.
Return Procedure:
In order to return an item, a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number must be requested and assigned. Please email us or call 1-704-583-1100 to receive your RMA number. When requesting a RMA please state why you bought the item and why you wish to return it. After a RMA has been issued, please ship the item(s) to the address below no later than 30 days from the date the item(s) were received. The RMA # will be valid for no more than 15 Days. Include the item(s) being returned, all associated parts and packaging, a copy of your invoice/packing slip, and a short explanation of return. Ship all returns via a traceable shipping service (i.e. FedEx, UPS, DHL). If USPS is preferred, a form of delivery confirmation or tracking should be used. ProTravelGear.com, or its parent company Outside the Box, Inc., is not responsible for shipments lost or damaged by the returnee’s chosen carrier. Please allow 1-2 weeks from receipt of returned item for the refund to post to your account.
