These Buckwheat seeds are premium food-grade buckwheat seeds that are the fruit of the buckwheat plant.  This seed is able to retain transferring heat or cold for up to 30 minutes!

The Hot Water Bottle is easily cared for with it's machine washable cover.  Just wash in cold water and tumble dry on low. PLEASE, DO NOT WASH THE BOTTLE ITSELF AS YOU WILL RUIN IT!

For Heat Therapy: Remove Cover. Microwave 2 minutes. If not warm enough; continue heating in 10-second increments. Do not overheat, and always touch test before using. When re-heating cut your heating time in half. WARNING! Do not overheat; risk of fire! Do not heat in a conventional oven!

For Cold Therapy: Seal in a plastic bag and place in freezer for 2 hours or more. Can be stored in freezer.
