Customer Service

Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship orders only in the United States. 
  • Most orders received by 12:00 pm EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship the same day. 
  • All orders will ship via FedEX or USPS. 
  • Free shipping items only apply to the continental 48 US states. If your order is going to Alaska or Hawaii, shipping fees will be applied. You will be contacted before your order is processed if any additional fees will apply and provided the option to cancel your order.
  • Shipping to remote destinations may incur additional charges. You will be contacted before your order is processed if any additional fees will apply and provided the option to cancel your order.
  • If an item is on back-order, we will notify you as soon as possible. Your order will be held until the item becomes available. We will keep you up-to-date on the status of your order via email.
  • Please note, weekends and major holidays are not included in transit times unless specified by the selected service type. 
  • You must provide a valid shipping address. P.O Box addresses will not be accepted. If the address provided during checkout is incorrect and incurs additional shipping charges, you will be notified and the shipping charges will be applied.
  • Orders will not be shipped until payment in-full has been verified and captured. 
  • We reserve the right to delay or deny fulfillment and/or require additional identification for any order.

Payment Policies

  • We proudly accept the following major credit cards for online purchases: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
  • We also accept PayPal online payment solution.
  • If you select to pay by Purchase Order or by check, your order will not be processed until payment has been received, verified and is cleared. Your order confirmation must be included with any mailed payments.
  • Orders must be paid in full in one payment.
  • We do not currently offer a payment plan.

Tax Information

  • Sales tax will only be applied for orders shipped within the state of Florida.

  • Our team will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible. Usually within one business day from receipt.

Cancelling an Order

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please call us immediately. We will do our best to stop your order from shipping if it has not yet left the warehouse.
  • If your order is in transit, we will contact the carrier to return the item and additional fees incurred will not be refunded.
  • If your order has been delivered or is not able to be stopped in transit, please see the instructions for returning your order.
